Finding Business Class reward seats with points is difficult, time-consuming, and frustrating—especially when looking for multiple seats. Hence, no discounts apply to bookings for multiple seats.

The Concierge Fees listed are for travelling to/from Australia in Business Class in AUD. An additional fee applies to first-class seats.
It is a per-seat fee. There are no discounts for booking multiple seats because finding more seats is actually harder (airlines charge per-seat too).
Airline Taxes & Surcharges (variable by destination) are not included.
We do not offer RTW (round-the-world) bookings.
We can only make a booking if you have the required points.

The iFLYflat Flight Concierge service is designed to save you from $3,000 to even $15,000 per seat depending on your destination vs the cash airfare prices at the time.
How?
When you need to travel - your choices would be either of:
Pay av. $12,500+/seat to fly Business Class to London.
Buy an Economy seat, request for an upgrade and hope for the best.
Spend weeks yourself trying to find a 289,200 points ‘Classic Flight Reward’ seat without success (if you vaguely know what to do).
Throw in the towel and by cashing in 1.67 million points on ‘points plus pay’ and wasting your points.
But there’s another option… Use a professional.
Our expert team has booked nearly 1 Billion Points, as reflected in our testimonials, and we can help you too.

Generally can book up to 365 days in advance.
Depending on government travel restrictions, that might change from time to time, you can book - but you may be later restricted from flying.
We can help you book the flight, but every passenger is responsible for getting their own approvals/exemptions.
If you're planning a trip, talk to our Concierge team for assistance by using the form above.

Once the ticket is successfully booked. If later your airline cancels your flight - we will try our best to help find a substitute flight because it is unfair to leave you stranded due to no-fault of you (or us).
In some cases, there are no suitable alternatives or options - we will help with getting your points and taxes will be refunded by the airline.
We strongly suggest you make a travel insurance claim (to cover for replacement flights and for the iFLYflat booking fees, commonly referred in policies as the ‘travel arrangement’ fee)
If your travel insurance claim is unsuccessful, iFLYflat will credit you 50% of your booking fee towards your next booking.
